Lipitor and heart disease
Description:
Statins, the best-selling drugs in the United States, lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and decrease blood vessel inflammation to decrease the risk of heart disease in certain people. The top selling statin drugs are Lipitor, Mevacor and Pravachol.
